Business Analyst – Insurance
- To manage and support the regional profit center(s) in the deployment of General Insurance through all distribution channels.
- Act as the key liaison between the profit centre, the Operations and System teams and the distribution partner to analyze business requirements.
- Recommend, document and deliver best practice, at least cost, to interface with General Insurance systems/applications, claims and assistance systems and finance systems.
- Provide a central point of contact and coordination for all Insurance distribution requirements within the assigned region(s).
Key Skills
- Business Analysis, experience in Travel will be added advantage.
- Strong project management skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a high velocity environment
- Programming skills based on Microsoft and or Java platform required. An understanding of XML from a user/interface perspective. Foreign language skills a plus.
