Business Analyst – Insurance

1. To manage and support the regional profit center(s) in the deployment of General Insurance through all distribution channels.
2. Act as the key liaison between the profit centre, the Operations and System teams and the distribution partner to analyze business requirements.
3. Recommend, document and deliver best practice, at least cost, to interface with General Insurance systems/applications, claims and assistance systems and finance systems.
4. Provide a central point of contact and coordination for all  Insurance distribution requirements within the assigned region(s).

Key Skills

1. Business Analysis, experience in Travel will be added advantage.
2. Strong project management skills. Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a high velocity environment
3. Programming skills based on Microsoft and or Java platform required. An understanding of XML from a user/interface perspective. Foreign language skills a plus.
