  • 8 – 10 years’ extensive experience in Technical Writing/Documentation
  • Knowledge on SDLC Documentation process knowledge
  • Ability to understand the requirements of the project
  • Thorough knowledge of the ‘User documentation’ process
  • Hands on knowledge of different technical writing aspects e.g. Online help, User guides, FAQ’s, Technical guides.,Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products and well acquainted with the Microsoft Style Guide and other industry standard Manual of Style
  • Sufficient working knowledge in Packaging Tools :Adobe FrameMaker,Adobe RoboHelp,MadCap Flare ,XMLmind,DITA-OT,SnagIt,Adobe Captivate,Camtasia.Proficient in reverse engineering tools:CrystalREVS,FlowBreeze
