  • Should have 2+ years of experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module and overall 4+ years of experience in Oracle Apps
  • Should have 3+ years of experience in Oracle Financials modules and at least 1 year of Functional experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) module
  • Experience in other Oracle Sales modules like Sales Contracts will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional requirements to Business users

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience.
· 3+ years of hybrid mobile development experience building cross-device applications on iOS and Android using PhoneGap, Apache Cordova or Appcelerator
· Strong skills in web and mobile design, including work with HTML5, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript jQuery Mobile,Sencha Touch, automated testing, issue tracking and source control tools like Github
· Strong user interface design skills, usability analysis and experience with responsive design patterns
· Strong Communication Skills
· Proficient with Eclipse, GIT, MacOS, Windows
· Must have demonstrated experience in Hybrid Development, 4 years minimum
· A passion for mobile technologies
· Experience in Xamarin cross-platform development is a plus.

· Experience consuming and developing .NET, XML and JSON web services
