This is a mid-level, fully technical position responsible for leading the high level analysis, design, programming, modification, development, operation and implementation of software applications and products.

Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Analysis, design, development and testing of software applications.
Managing Modifications and operational supervision of software applications.
Managing the Implementation, customisation and support of third party software applications.
Creation of project / system specifications, including but not limited to business metrics.
Management of / interaction with software product vendors.
Management of / interaction with resource vendors.
Data migration & ETL activities.
Design / development of UIs / DB structures / minor systems in line with defined standard & guidelines.
Working closely with ITHD to meet SLA commitments.
Developing on-demand reporting systems under guidance from the Manager-IS.
Education level
A professional qualification in Engineering (Computer Science) + additional professional certifications.
Professional qualifications
Formal training on various development environments ranging from Sharepoint / VB / C++ / ASP.Net / LAMP stack etc.
Work Experience
More than 5 years of hands-on experience with various web based development languages.
More than 3 years of hands-on experience on installing / configuring web servers.
Oracle / SQL server scripting > 4 years.
Oracle / Sql server installation / basic administration > 2 years.
Additionally experience in implementing middleware would be an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of all key elements of an IT department.
Strong communication skills.
Formal exposure to SDLC techniques.
Specialist Skills/Competencies Required for the Role
Familiarity with change and configuration management utilities, concepts and procedures.
Experience in MIS Reporting / Data Warehousing.

Middle East requirement for System Analyst (Maximo)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in system administration.

Non IT requirement for HSE Manager @ Qatar

HSE Manager

Shall be qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in safety, engineering or a related technical field from internationally recognized accredited University plus certification in OSHA or NEBOSH. Minimum fifteen (15) years post graduate experience in HSE management of major highway projects, including minimum five (5) years in a similar role and capacity in GCC. Chapter – 8 certification mandatory for this role. Preferred nationality – Indian / Malaysian / South African / Australian / British.

The majority of the experience should be in the infrastructure domain only for candidates.
Candidates with experience in contracting companies will only be considered, no consulting experience required.

Candidates presently in Qatar applying for any of these positions should have valid NOC from their present employer
